Jordan Kobylanski

Jordan's story is one of passion, transformation, and unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. Her journey began in the classroom, where she spent years as an educator, guiding and nurturing young minds.

Her background in education gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to understand the fears, hopes, and dreams of the candidates she works with. She knew that every resume represented a person with a story, and she made it her mission to ensure that each of those stories had a successful next chapter.

Jordan’s approach to recruitment is deeply personal. She doesn’t just fill positions; she builds relationships. She takes the time to get to know each candidate and client, understanding their needs, goals, and aspirations.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys volunteering at local establishments and reading any book she can get her hands on. She has a love for travel, trying new foods, and she can often be found spending time at home with her wife, Jacqueline, and their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Jacqueline is the Founder and CEO of Empire Staffing Network, a recruitment firm that specializes in connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations across various industries.

Before founding Empire Staffing Network, Jacqueline spent over a decade navigating the challenges of the recruitment industry, where she became known for her deep empathy, strategic thinking, and unwavering dedication to candidates and clients alike. From humble beginnings without a formal college education, Jacqueline transformed personal challenges into a powerful drive to succeed, ultimately building a reputation as a recruiter who goes above and beyond for her clients and candidates.

Recently nominated for Latinx Entrepreneur of the Year by the Chicago Latino Network, Jacqueline continues to make her mark in the industry. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her wife, Jordan, and their 2 dogs and 2 cats. Jacqueline is also passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering her time to assist job seekers in refining their resumes, practicing interview techniques, and navigating the complexities of the job market.

It’s not just the tools we leverage to find candidates, but our proprietary process of how we find & screen them to ensure they are the right fit for your company and culture.
How does it work?

We first assess your specific needs, expectations, & qualities you’re ideally looking for in each of your job roles. We take care of the sourcing, pre-qualification, & initial interviewing before we even send a candidate over to you. That way you’re saving a ton of time & money only focusing on the best talent in your area who would be best fit for your organization.
How quickly can you send over candidates?

After you attend the Onboarding Call that dives deep into all of the details on your ideal candidate requirements, typically we start seeing candidate submittals within 2 weeks.
Do you work on an exclusive basis in your contract?

No, you are free to work with any other recruiting agencies and utilize your own internal teams. We like to think of ourselves as an adjunct to your existing recruitment efforts.
